Oklahoma Engineering Foundation Youth Ambassador Board

The OEF YAB provides Oklahoma high school students who are passionate about STEM opportunities to gain leadership experience in nonprofit administration and advocacy.

ELIGIBILITY

• Available to all students in grades 9 – 12 who live in Oklahoma
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or have a student/exchange visitor visa
• Must demonstrate a keen interest in STEM

REQUIREMENTS

• Must attend monthly ZOOM calls and quarterly meetings with a requirement to attend two consecutive meetings per calendar year
• Must volunteer at the Oklahoma State MathCounts Competition OR at the Oklahoma Engineering Fair.
• Willingness to serve as a brand ambassador for OEF on social media, sharing our posts, programs, projects and issues, etc.
• Strong preference for students planning to major in math or engineering in college
• Strong preference for students with social media content creation experience
• Ability to serve September 2026 – May 2027
